Peggottys Boat House
Peggotty's Boat House, Kent. A cottage made partly from an upturned boat, at the west end of the Thames and Medway Canal. The cottage is believed to have been the inspiration for Peggotty's house in Charles Dickens David Copperfield. Drawn by C G Harper between 1892-1933
