RMS Mauretania
The original RMS Mauretania in the floating dry dock, Southampton. Designed by Leonard Peskett and built by Swan, Hunter and Wigham Richardson for the Cunard Line. She was launched in September 1907. Her final Atlantic crossing from New York to Southampton was in 1934 and she departed for the shipbreakers in 1935. Photographed in April 1933 by Aerofilms Ltd
