Severn Railway Bridge
The Severn Railway Bridge, Sharpness, Gloucestershire, from the south, July 1951. The Golucester-Sharpness canal is in the foreground, crossed by a swing-bridge. The bridge was built in the 1870s to bring coal from the Forest of Dean to Sharpness Docks. It was badly damaged by collisions and was demolished in the 1960s
