Sheffield
Arundel Street area, Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Some important cutlery works still survive in Arundel Street, despite the urban renewal around them. Butcher's Wheel and Sellers Wheel can be seen in the lower right hand quadrant of this aerial photograph. They were 19th-century cutlery, edge tool and file-making works, with multi-storeyed workshop ranges around a courtyard. Photographed in May 2001
