Rather than a symbolic shovelful of concrete or the placing of a single tile like at most topping out ceremonies, members of the project management team were invited to help with the final 37 cubic metres of concrete. A total of 70, 000 cubic metres of concrete were used in the whole shopping centre complex._x000D_
