White City Stadium EAW
White City Stadium, London. Originally built for the 1908 summer Olympics, it became the home of greyhound racing and hosted a number of other sports. Photographed here by Aerofilms in July 1966 set up for athletics. Two weeks later it played host to the World Cup match between Uruguay and France. The stadium was demolished in 1985
