1933 Jury that acquitted Tom Mooney of the charge
1933 Jury that acquitted Tom Mooney of the charge of murder of Arthur Nelson. Nelson was one of the 10 people killed in the 1916 Preparedness Day Bombing. However, Mooney was sent back to prison because this acquittal did not erase his tainted 1916 conviction on the 1st charge for the murder of another victim. (CSU_2015_11_1537)
