Actress Louise Rolfe McGurn sentenced to four month for conspiracy to violate the Mann Act. July 21, 1931. The charged was based on their co-habitation in 1928 when they traveled to Florida as man and wife before they married. Jack McGurn, was sentenced to two years in federal prison at Leavenworth, Kansas. Louise provided Jack McGurn with his alibi regarding his role in the St. Valentine's Day Massacre. (CSU_2015_11_1666)
