Archie Moore on the canvas in the fourth round
Archie Moore on the canvas in the fourth round of his fight with 20 year old Cassius Clay. Nov. 15, 1962. It was one of three knockdowns that spelled the 48 year old Moore's defeat and Clay's 16th consecutive professional victory. Clay (a.k.a. Muhammed Ali) predicted he would stop Moore in four rounds, and he knocked Moore down three times in the fourth round. (CSU_2015_11_1528)
