Arthur G. Barkley (right), an Arizona truck driver who hijacked TWA Flight 486 in FBI custody. On June 4, 1970, he executed the 19th hijacking in the Americas in 1970. He demanded $100 million, to be taken directly from the coffers of the Supreme Court because they would not hear Barkley's case regarding a $471.78 dispute with the I.R.S. (CSU_2015_8_475)
