Execution of German SS troops during the liberation of the Nazi concentration camp at Dachau. On April 29, 1945 approximately 60 German soldiers were killed by soldiers of the 157th U.S. Infantry Regiment. U.S. Army investigated and reported a number of presumed SS men were killed, with others being wounded, after their surrender had been accepted, but no further action was taken. World War 2.
