Ferdinando Nicola Sacco immigrated to the U.S. at the age of 17 from the Puglia, Italy in 1908. He worked as a shoe-maker and was believed to be a follower of Luigi Galleani, an Italian anarchist who advocated revolutionary violence, including bombing and assassination. - (CSU_2015_5_98)
