Adm. Wemyss. 3- U.S. delegate probably Gen. Rhodes. 4-Fr. Gen. Maxime Wyegand. German delegates are 5-Mathias Erzberger. 6-Gen. von Guendell. 7-Gen. von Winterfeld. 8-Count von Oberndorff.
