Funeral of Tom Lee, leader of On Leong Tong which protected Chinatowns organized crime. His network for bribing corrupt police sheltered opium dens, gambling joints and brothels.. He survived the gang war against Mock Ducks Hip Sing Tong, and died of old age in Jan. 1918
