Gangster Jack McGurn, was arrested while playing golf in the Western Open in Chicago. August 29, 1933. He was charged with vagrancy. A new law required he prove that he is self-supporting, and had a good reputation, otherwise he could be jailed as a common vagrant. McGurn was played by Clint Ritchie in the 1967 film ST. VALENTINE'S DAY MASSACRE and by Carmen Argenziano in 1975 in CAPONE. (CSU_2015_11_1667)
