General William Henry Harrison at the Battle
General William Henry Harrison at the Battle of Tippecanoe, Sept. 26, 1811. With 900 soldiers, Harrison marched near Prophetstown, the encampment of Tecumsehs tribe, led by his brother, during Tecumseh absence. This provocative action was met with an attack, and the following Battle of Tippecanoe, on Harrisons camp at dawn, with each side suffering around 150-175 causalities
