Henry Kaiser in 1949. After World War II, he formed Kaiser Aluminum, Kaiser Steel, and Kaiser Motors. To provide medical care to WW2 shipyard worked he establish Kaiser Permanente, a voluntary insurance featuring group medical practice, prepayment, and substantial medical facilities. (CSU_2015_8_657)
