Hiram W. Evans, Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan, with Kansas Grand Dragon Charles H. McBrayer. August 8, 1925. They lead a march along Pennsylvania Avenue and the National Mall in which an estimated 25, 000 to 35, 000 Klansmen participated. Their robes bear the MIOAK, an acronym for Mystic Insignia of a Klansman. It is commonly called the Blood Drop Cross'. (BSLOC_2015_16_170)
