Jean Acker, in court testified about the status of her marriage to Rudolph Valentino. June 5, 1922. Valentino married Alla Nazimova on May 13, 1922 before his divorce was legally final. With Valentino charged with bigamy, the couple had their marriage annulled and separated for a year. They remarried in 1923 and divorced in 1925. (CSU_2015_9_1122)
