Lenin at the unveiling of a monument to Cossack Stenka Razin in Moscow on May Day, 1919. Razin led an uprising against the nobility and tsarist bureaucracy in southern Russia in 1670-1671. This was one of many monuments the Soviets planned to honor revolutionaries and socialists from Russia's past. (CSU_2015_11_1685)
