Lon Nol, Cambodia's President at the dedication of housing for Cambodian war widows. May 16, 1974. In less than a year, the Khmer Rouge took Phnom Penh, and Lon Nol was in exile. He traveled first in Indonesia, then Hawaii, finally settling in 1979 in Fullerton, California. (CSU_2015_9_767)
