Mohammed Mossadegh leaves the Majalis after a vote of non-confidence, Sept. 13, 1951. The Iranian Premier issued a 15 day ultimatum to Britain, announcing he would expel British personnel from the Anglo Iranian Oil Company refineries at Abadan unless Britain presented compensation proposals for its nationalized assets.
