Nepalese mountaineer, Khumfo Chumbi, wearing an Abominable Snowman scalp. Dec. 20, 1960. Tibetan monks at Khumjung monastery believed it was from a Yeti. At right is Sir Edmund Hillary before his expedition which unsuccessfully searched for the mythical Himalayan biped. Laboratory tests indicate the scalp was manufactured from the skin of a serow, a goat-like Himalayan antelope. (CSU_2015_9_832)
