Ring Lardner, (Ringgold Wilmer Lardner) ca. 1926. He was an American sports columnist and short story writer. With George Kaufman, he co-wrote the comic play, JUNE MOON, based on the Lardner short story Some Like Them Cold'. The play was made into a movie in 1931. Paramount Pictures produced a 1937 version called BLONDE TROUBLE. (CSU_2015_7_374)
