Roger Terrible Touly, surrendered to FBI shortly after G-men killed two members of the gang. He was arrested with Basil Banghart in Chicago on Dec. 29, 1942. He had been at-large since escaping from Statesville prison last Oct. 9, 1942. In 1934 he was imprisoned for the kidnapping of gangster, John Factor. He was framed by Factor and Al Capone, who arranged to fake the kidnapping implicating Touhy, to assume control over his gambling organization - (CSU_2015_6_239)
