Turkish army c. 1910-1913, in traditional uniforms. They have baggy pants, tunics worn under a short jacket, and the classic fez. Under the influence of their WW1 ally, Germany, these were abandoned for modern western uniforms and helmets (BSLOC_2017_1_130)
