White House acting chief of staff, Mick Mulvaney, acknowledged on Oct. 17, 2019, that President Trump expected concessions from Ukraines President Volodymyr Zelensky, in exchange for an invitation to the White House, and delivery of essential military aid. Mulvaney said thats just how business is done in diplomacy. He added, ~Get over it. Theres going to be political influence in foreign policy
