Statue of US President Abraham Lincoln (1809-1865), Parliament Square, Westminster, London (now re-located slightly to stand in front of the Middlesex Guildhall) - a replica of the original piece by Augustus Saint-Gaudens, erected in Lincoln Park Chicago. In the rear can be seen The Buxton Memorial Fountain - originally constructed (as seen) in Parliament Square but removed in 1940 and placed in its present position in Victoria Tower Gardens in 1957
