Jubilee Exhibition, Prague, Czech Republic - An Abyssian Village. This was a major industrial exhibition, celebrating industry in the region, but grew far larger, and involved a lot of things that fascinated the young Franz Kafka. He was fascinated by exotic things, including the actual Abyssinians (Ethiopians) pictured here. They had set up a little village and performed ceremonies which fascinated the writer.~~
