Setif, Algeria in the Province of Constantinois - Ain El Fouara Fountain. A French work by sculptor Francis de Saint-Vidal was placed atop a far earlier Fountain. Although the form and content of the sculpture has not always won favour with the locals, it still remains in situ and is one of the cultural landmarks of the town
