Arrested for wearing a corset advertising placard
Why pick on me, officer? It's my guv'nor's idea! A policeman is not sympathetic to the protestations of the beardy gentleman employed to parade in front of a Draper's shop wearing a corset sandwich board! A little too much for the sensitive souls of the 1930s? It would appear most seem to be finding the whole spectacle amusing (apart from one scandalised older lady!)
