Duke and Duchess of York - Austrian Folk Dance Performance
Albert, Duke of York (later King George VI 1895-1952) and Elizabeth, Duchess of York (later Elizabeth, the Queen Mother 1900-2002) enjoy a performance by a group of Austrian Folk Dancers during their tea with Baron Franckenstein, at an exhibition of Austrian Art and Industry at Dorland House, Regent Street, London. Georg Freiherr von und zu Franckenstein (later Sir George Franckenstein) (1878-1953) was the eldest son of Karl Baron von und zu Franckenstein (1831-1898) and his wife, Elma nee Countess von Schonborn-Wiesentheid (1841-1884) and a member of the Franckenstein family
