Florence, Italy - Cascine - Monument to an Indian Maharajah

Florence, Tuscany, Italy - at the east end of the Parco delle Cascine - Monumento all'Indiano (Monument to the Indian), more specifically the Monument to the Maratha Maharajah of Kohlapur, Rajaram Chhatrapati sculptor Charles Francis Fuller II 2nd second. The Maharajah died aged 20 in Florence whilst returning from a visit to London and was cremated on the banks of the Arno River by special permission granted by the Italian Council of Ministers
