A two-card series showing a daring resistance attack in Paris in August 1944, the final year of occupation of the city by German forces during World War Two. Here, a German lorry has been attacked and is aflame, the occupants lying dead and wounded in the street. A member of the resistance can be seen crouching by the side of the bridge over the Seine - Doctors in white coats are running toward the scene
