A group of Iranian men (in a variety of states of sobriety!) following a Festan Persan or Royal Persian Feast in Tehran, Iran. A number of the men are holding and playing musical instruments, a hubble bubble (houkah) pipe is being enjoyed and alcohol is being consumed left right and centre
