Mustafa Ismet Inonu (1884-1973) - Turkish Army General, Prime Minister and the second President of the Republic of Turkey. He is widely referred to as Milli Sef (National Chief), a title he bestowed upon himself when he was elected as the President of Turkey in 1938.
