A Nouveau-Riche Gentleman who has grown a fine soup-strainer walrus moustache, wearing evening dress and a positively excessive fur-trimmed coat. He is not quite happy with his new-found position in society, or perhaps is trying a little too hard to fit in, hence the ill-fitting clothing and sad lack of ability to drink socially yet maintain his composure and facial decorum
