Opatija (Abbazia), Croatia on the Adriatic coast
Opatija (Abbazia) in western Croatia, just southwest of Rijeka on the Adriatic coast. Given to Italy in 1920, then Yugoslavia in 1947 and finally Croatia in 1991. Caffe Quarnero (Kava Kvarner) - named after the Kvarner Gulf, sometimes also Kvarner Bay, is a bay in the northern Adriatic Sea, located between the Istrian peninsula and the northern Croatian Littoral mainland
