Torbole - Lake Garda, Italy - Goethe memorial tablet
In the end of the 1786 summer Goethe, starting his travels in Italy, stopped in Torbole, leaving in his writings a longing and passionate recollection of the town, used today as promotion to the large number of German tourists. This postcard shows a memorial tablet to Goethe on the arcade of the building where he stayed
