Wirraway aircraft manufacture in Australia, WW2
The Australian aircraft manufacture industry during World War Two. It took the Commonwealth Aircraft Corporation 16 months to produce its first 100 Wirraway machines, serial prefix A20. The second 100 were built in only 3 1/2 months. Here an Australian worker fits flaps to an aircraft wing
