White Star Line, RMS Titanic - First Class dinner menu

White Star Line, RMS Titanic - First Class menu dated 10 April 1912, the first dinner after leaving Southampton. This particular example was the property of First Class Saloon Steward and victim Charles Casswill and was posted to his wife, Hilda, from Queenstown. The menu itself bears an embossed red White Star Line logo above gilt lettering OSNC (Ocean Steam Navigation Company) alongside the lettering RMS Titanic. It illustrates the lavish and opulent culinary delights for First Class passengers with a total of over twenty different options for dinner. The menu has been folded and split horizontally, when Mr Casswill sent it to his wife from Queenstown on 11 April 1912. Framed and glazed 6.25 x 4.25 inches.
