View of the conference table in the Livadia (Livadija) Palace, Yalta, Ukraine, where the historic February 1945 meeting took place between Stalin, Roosevelt and Churchill. Today the palace houses a museum, but it is sometimes used by the Ukrainian authorities for international summits. At one time it was a summer retreat of the last Russian tsar, Nicholas II, and his family (building was completed in 1911)
