King George III tells Henry Dundas (Tory politician and Scottish representative) that he has sacked the Broad-bottomed administration. This print satirises the dismissal of the Grenville Ministry, nicknamed Broad-bottomed'. The King had asked his ministers to pledge that they would never raise the issue of Catholic emancipation again. When they refused, he sacked them. The print implies Scottish interference, by depicting Dundas colluding with the King
