"Queen Victoria at the unveiling of HRH Princess Louise's statue of Her Majesty in Kensington Gardens, erected as a Jubilee Memorial by the inhabitants of Kensington. Princess Louise was Queen Victoria's fourth daughter. The statue shows Victoria at the time of her accession. It was commissioned in 1887 and erected in 1893"
