A combined plan and bird's-eye view of the Tower of London prepared in 1597 to accompany a report on its condition. This is the earliest measured plan of the Tower and is full of meticulous detail. There is a list down the right side of the plate, with notes on the Liberty's territory and boundaries. The term liberty refers to the area under the Tower's independent jurisdiction
