Fairey Campania two-seat seaplane
Fairey Campania two-seat carrier-borne reconnaissance or coastal patroller seaplane, which entered production in early 1917. It was mounted on a wheeled trolley for takeoff from a ship's flight deck. Seen here is the first Campania, serial no. N 1000, unique in having a small fin and engine exhausts that went up through the upper wing leading edge
