Arbat Street
The Arbat in Moscow. The Arbat is an old historical street as well as the part of town that is called the same way, in the historical city centre of the Moscow. The name Arbat comes from the Arabian and is called outlying district. It was a preferential residential area of the Russian nobility, from artists and the Soviet Nomenklatura.
