Buying gold jewellery
The gold rush which started in London a short time ago, when jewellers [..] began to offer high prices for gold sovereigns and trinkets, continues at an amazing rate. Millions of sovereigns have been bought by city brokers for export, chiefly to France. The picture shows a scene at a store with the gold brought in one hour, with two men examining the treasure.
