Rudolf Hilferding
"Rudolf Hilferding (Schriftstellerpseudonym few Karl Emil and Dr. Richard Kern, born August 10, 1877 in Vienna, 11 February 1941 in Paris) was a German politician/journalist and Marxist theorist and economist of Austrian origin. During the Weimar Republic he was in 1923 and 1928/1929 Minister of Finance. He laid foundations for later "Stamokaptheorie". His major work on the subject is "The financial capital". He was from 1904 to 1925 - together with Max Adler - publisher of Marx studies. Photograph. 1935."
