Water shortage in Vienna. Due to falling inflows - caused by frost of the last few weeks - there has been an acute water shortage in Vienna. The waterworks had to call for austerity measures because the reservoirs are almost empty. If the water pressure in the apartment was too weak people had to fetch the water in buckets.
